BOOK ONLINE

To book your seating solution select a product, enter the number you would like, then select the booking duration - there is a one week minimum. Then select your booking start date and time and proceed to checkout.

Delivery options can only be selected once you have entered your delivery address details and billing address.

DELIVERY METHODS

Pick Up

  • It's completely free to pick up your tables and benches from one of our depots should you choose.

  • Simply click on your preferred location at checkout.

Local Delivery

  • If your event is in the South-West, we can deliver tables and benches directly.

  • If you live within a 50-mile radius of Partybench HQ, local van delivery charges range from £50 to £100.

Pallet Delivery

  • For the rest of the UK, we typically use a national pallet courier for delivery, as it is often the most cost-effective option.

  • Courier delivery and collection are available only between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.

  • Delivery locations must have level hard ground (no gravel or grass) and be accessible by a large HGV lorry (no height restrictions or narrow country lanes).

  • National pallet delivery can be arranged for £200 anywhere in the UK.

  • A pallet can hold 16 sets, 32 tables, 64 benches, or 8 banquets.

  • For orders exceeding 16 sets or 1 pallet, please contact us for a detailed quote.
